Disney Movie Rewards has released a short survey for Baby Einstein worth 50 points. (It took less than a couple of minutes to fill out the survey.) I found it located on the front page under the "Earn More Points" section.
I love Disney Movie Rewards. If you watch Disney movies, I would suggest signing up for it. I was able to get one of each of my kids' Christmas presents this past Christmas through the program and I still have plenty of points left over!
