*One of my favorite recipes is to take about 2-3 lbs. of pork shoulder- put it in a slow cooker and pour a bottle of BBQ sauce over it and cook on low for 8 hours.  Makes yummy pulled pork sandwiches. I serve mine with coleslaw on top. :)
