Facebook and upload a picture (you can use your profile picture) into one of their "pizza" pictures. You will have to then post it on your status and then it will bring you to a page where you can fill out your name and address so that they can send you a coupon for your free pizza. (it took less than 1 minute for me.) The value of the coupon is $3.28. It will ship in 6-8 weeks to ship and is limited to 1 per household.
